Aims and Scope
Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology Research (JFATR) is a peer-reviewed and open-access biannual published journal. JFATR is publishing original research, comprehensive reviews, mini-reviews, and short research note broadly to encompass all the interdisciplinary studies on food science and agriculture. JFATR encourages the local and international audience to consider this journal for the possible publication of innovative and hypothesis-oriented research works. JFATR covers various lines including novel food materials, bioactive substances, food ingredients, micro-and macro-structure of foods, food security, sustainability, and waste management. The scope of the journal covers the technological aspects such as advances in food engineering, food chemistry such as processing, post-harvesting, food nutrition, shelf life, and quality preservation, approaches, digital transformation, technological applications of nano-science and biotechnology, quality assurance, food traceability, and food safety.
JFATR scope markedly addresses multiple topics of agriculture that contribute to the global economy. Our journal approaches the research community to contribute to our journal for new findings in agriculture from agriculture production to consumer end and marketing. JFATR will consider research various aspects of agriculture including crop production, plant protection, soil and environmental science, agronomic crops, horticulture crops and value addition, medicinal crops and their products, entomology, plant breeding and genetics, plant biochemistry, stress physiology, forestry, range and wildlife management, agriculture and resource economics, agricultural extension and agricultural engineering.
