Abstract

The present research was carried out to meet the integrated pest management of fruit fly (Diptera: Tephritidea) in citrus fruits at district Faisalabad. Fruit infestation and adult’s fruit fly were captured in each treatments after weekly intervals. The highest number of flies (188.33/trap/week) were recorded in control one and lowest number were accounted at IPM-4 (94.00/trap/week). The highest number of flies (26.00%) were recorded in control one orchards and lowest number were accounted at IPM-3(2.00%). This study improved that for the management of fruit fly in citrus adopted the integrated management method which are suitable for control of citrus fruit fly. It also showed that early eradication of fruit usefull for increased the yield of citrus crop.
