Authors who publish in the Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology Research agree to the following terms:

• Copyright Retention:
  Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

• Open Access License:
  The published article is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original authors and the journal are properly acknowledged.

• Non-exclusive Distribution Rights:
  Authors may enter into separate, non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version of their article (e.g., posting in institutional repositories, personal websites, or inclusion in edited volumes or books), provided that the original publication in this journal is clearly cited.
